Quantive Invest ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use and share it, and choices you may have. It applies to the website, apps, dashboards, and related services (the "Platform").
By using the Platform, you acknowledge this Policy. If you participate in the Earn program, additional notes in Earn Privacy apply to social connections and attribution.
2. Data we collect
Account data: email address, password hash, display preferences, referral codes, and optional profile fields.
Verification data: government ID, proof of address, selfies, or corporate documents when KYC/AML processes require them.
Financial and activity data: deposit and withdrawal addresses, transaction hashes, plan purchases, ledger entries, accruals, support tickets, and admin notes tied to your account.
Device and technical data: IP address, browser user agent, device identifiers, session logs, cookie identifiers, and security fingerprints used for fraud prevention.
Communications: messages you send to support, chat widgets, email replies, and notification preferences including push subscription endpoints.
Earn program data: OAuth tokens for connected social accounts (stored encrypted at rest), task completion logs, click and referral attribution hashes.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive categories beyond what compliance requires. Do not send seed phrases or private keys—we will never ask for them.
3. How we use data
We use data to:
- Provide authentication, wallet accounting, plan accruals, and withdrawals
- Detect fraud, abuse, duplicate accounts, and anomalous traffic
- Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests
- Operate push notifications, email, and in-app messages you opt into
- Improve reliability, performance, and product design through aggregated analytics
- Enforce Terms and protect members and staff
We do not sell personal data to data brokers.
4. Legal bases (where applicable)
Depending on jurisdiction, processing may rely on contract performance, legitimate interests (security, improvement), consent (marketing, optional cookies), or legal obligation (KYC/AML).
5. Sharing and processors
We share data with service providers under contract: hosting, email delivery, analytics, customer support tools, blockchain infrastructure, and identity verification vendors. They may access data only to perform services for us.
We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, and integrity of the Platform. Business transfers (merger or acquisition) may include data transfer with notice where required.
6. International transfers
Data may be processed in countries other than your residence. We implement appropriate safeguards where required for cross-border transfers.

We retain account and ledger records as long as your account is active and for additional periods required for tax, audit, dispute resolution, and anti-fraud purposes. Marketing logs may be retained in aggregated form.

We employ administrative, technical, and organizational measures including encryption in transit, role-separated admin access, webhook verification, and monitoring. No system is perfectly secure; report suspected compromise immediately.
9. Your rights
Where applicable law provides rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, contact support through the dashboard. We may verify identity before responding. Deletion may be limited where we must retain ledger integrity or comply with law.
10. Cookies and similar technologies
Essential cookies enable login sessions and security. Optional analytics cookies may be used as described in the cookie banner. Browser settings can limit cookies; some features may not function without essential cookies.
11. Marketing communications
You may receive transactional emails (security, deposits, withdrawals) as part of the service. Marketing emails include unsubscribe links where required.
12. Children
The Platform is not directed to children below the age of majority. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
13. Changes
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
